Editing Lessons

The next few lessons we had were spent editing our film. We uploaded them onto the computers and then used final cut for the editing. We deleted all the out takes we did wrong, and kept only the shots we wanted. For the ghostly effects we used use the shots of the ghosts walking down the stairs, and put the clips on top of shots of the just the stairs. We then changed the transparency of the clip with the ghost. This made the ghost slightly see-through, which gave it a more creepy and ghost-like look. We also did it so the ghost became more transparent as it walked down the stairs, and ended up as it disappeared. We also did the credits in these lessons, which was over-laying text onto the images. The maintitke of the filk was made on photoshop, and was used at the end of the opening.
